Two Hotels constructed by TRITEC Building Company, Inc. have been sold to Inland American Real Estate Trust Inc. TRITEC originally built both hotels for the same owner the Hotels than changed ownership after construction to Apple Hospitality Five Inc., who is now the seller in the most recent transaction.
