Hauppauge, NY- TRITEC Real Estate Company, Inc. is pleased to announce that Verizon has chosen to take space in two of TRITEC's Hauppauge locations. Verizon will take approximately15,000 sq. ft of space in 50 Engineers Drive, joining existing tenant Tajima Hirsch, and bringing the building occupancy to 100 percent. Verizon will also take 1,700 sq ft in 125 Kennedy Drive for a Customer Drop Off and Pick Up location to better service Verizon FIOS customers.

Verizon was represented internally by Yarden Drimmer and by Dan Marcus of Newmark Knight Frank. TRITEC was represented in both transactions by Jack O'Connor of Newmark Knight Frank. TRITEC Building Company, Inc. is currently managing the construction for Verizon's space and expects to have it complete in the Third Quarter 2007.

Interest has been strong at the approximately 27,000 sq. ft. of space still available at 125 Kennedy Drive.
