Rockville Links Golf Club held a ribbon cutting to welcome the clubs 600 members to the extensive upgrades and capital improvements made by TRITEC Building Company to the course facilities. Improvements included a complete demolition and rehabilitation of a the pro-shop, cart barn, Men's grille room, dining/bar area, and common areas.

TRITEC Building Company was brought into the process very early on and employed it’s Project Prep Services prior to the preconstruction phase to get the job underway. Martin A. DePasquale Vice President of Preconstruction Services explains “As developers, we are responsible for setting up our projects by interviewing qualified architects and engineers, outlining the entitlement process and schedule, and establishing program and budget. This project preparation (Project Prep) is now being extended to our Building Company Clients, and goes beyond the standard practice of Preconstruction Services, in that it affords the Client, TRITEC's experience and knowledge developing projects from the ground up".

Key members of the team for TRITEC included Marianne Alvarado and Don Link from estimating, Artie Callanan, Rich Krill, Vinny Duran and Sara Peterson during construction.
The client emphasized at the ceremony the professionalism of the TRITEC team throughout the entire course of the project, specifically the initial efforts to establish a budget, the planning and most importantly the implementation. Moving into the fourth and final phase of the project this summer TRITEC Building Company will continue to exceed the expectations of our Client from estimating and construction straight through to completion.
