East Setauket, NY (September 14, 2006) - TRITEC Real Estate Company, Inc. recently held a “Steel Topping” celebration at 4 Technology Drive the last building in the Stony Brook Technology Center (SBTC) - Long Island’s most prestigious medical office campus. Among those on hand to celebrate the event were tenants of the SBTC, employees of TRITEC and real estate brokers active in the North Shore Medical Market. All of the guests signed the final steel beam to be placed in the building.
4 Technology Drive is a fully approved 40,000 sf. Class “A” Medical Office building that exceeds the number of town required parking spaces. The building is strategically located within a five mile radius of St. Charles, Mather and Stony Brook University Hospitals. With frontage on Nesconset Highway (NYS Route 347) the building provides excellent visibility and signage opportunities along this prominent North Shore arterial roadway.
