Dana Funding was represented by Hal Livingston of NAI Long Island, and will be leasing 5,455 square feet of space in the northwest corner of the building. Ameri-World Travel has taken 10,800 sq ft of space that includes 1,100 sq. ft on the First Floor and all of the second floor. The broker who represented Ameri-World was Jerry Norton of Grubb & Ellis. TRITEC was represented in the transaction by Ray Ruiz of CBRE. Both Tenants are expected to take occupancy in the beginning of January.
