East Setauket, NY, June 7 - As most residents of Connecticut
know, it is hard to put a shovel in the ground in their beloved state without
hitting a rock of some sort; and stone is not something a developer or construction
manager want to find in abundance when beginning a new condominium building.
However, if properly planned, this natural resource can provide cost savings,
and aesthetic beauty to a luxury housing project. This is exactly what Stone
Ridge at Fairfield, LLC. and TRITEC Residential, Inc., a subsidiary of TRITEC
Real Estate Company, set out to accomplish, when they began planning the work
on Stone Ridge, a new 144,000 square foot apartment complex located in Fairfield,
Connecticut. This site is now adorned with rustic stonewalls that gives a distinct
New England flair to the entire project.

The development has been carefully designed to offer true luxury
and a convenient lifestyle; both by way of amenities offered, as well as the
finishes within the single level homes. There will be a security gate and a
full time Concierge/Manager on the property, as well as a fitness room, clubroom
including a library and a card room with an outdoor terrace.
The complex will consist of 3 four-story buildings, consisting
of 70 units, ranging from one to three bedrooms. In addition to the 106 outdoor
surface parking spaces the property will offer 36 underground parking garage
spaces. And for those residents in need of additional storage, there will be

residents will be welcomed at the end of the summer of 2005.
Before work on this project started in the fall of 2004 the
owners realized that completing this project by the summer of 2005 was an extremely
aggressive schedule; especially considering the site\'s unusual physical constraints.;
therefore, they realized that they would need to be serviced by a company like

panelization system which enclosed the three buildings before winter hit, allowing
work to continue on the interiors, keeping the project on track for a summer
delivery dates.
